Key Responsibilities

As part of the Public Affairs team, you will gain invaluable insights into the airline industry and its public and political challenges:

  • Monitoring relevant topics and key stakeholders.
  • Assessing the effects of legislation and political processes on SWISS.
  • Managing internal consultation processes and editing public submissions.
  • Supporting communication of SWISS's position on important political topics.
  • Representing SWISS's interests to external stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing projects focused on current political affairs.
  • Editing recurrent reports on political topics.

Requirements

  • Preferred workload: 100%
  • HF diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's students or graduates in (international) law, international relations, economics, political science, or history. (HF diploma & Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss political system and basic knowledge of aviation.
  • Ability to edit complex texts for diverse audiences.
  • Native German or French speaker with proficiency in the other language.
  • Very good spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
