Tasks

Join Public Affairs to gain an in-depth understanding of the operations of an airline and the challenges it faces in the public and political arena.

• Monitoring relevant topics and key stakeholders;
• Assessing the effects of legislation and political processes on SWISS;
• Managing internal consultation processes and editing public submissions;
• Supporting communication of SWISS's position on pertinent political topics;
• Representing SWISS's interests to external stakeholders;
• Developing and implementing projects related to current political affairs;
• Editing recurring reports on political topics.

Requirements

• 100% workload is preferred for this position.
• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students, or graduates (HF diploma and Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in (international) law, international relations, economics, political science, or history.
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss political system and mechanics, along with foundational knowledge of aviation.
• Ability to edit texts on complex issues for various internal and external stakeholders.
• Native speaker of German or French with proficiency in the other language.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.
