Responsibilities

As an intern in this role, you will join a motivated and diverse team within Lufthansa Group's Digital Commercial Solution. Based in Zurich, you will collaborate with colleagues from Frankfurt and Vienna. A structured, analytical, and technical mindset, coupled with a team-player attitude, is essential.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Review meetings with IT service providers.
• Develop dashboards and provide regular reports on solutions overseen by the team.
• Assist with organizing ideation processes and aligning roadmaps, as well as preparing for agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate operational activities, including monitoring change requests, tracking bugs, preparing release presentations, and assessing industry benchmarks.
• Participate as an assistant project manager in major projects.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our team chatbot.
• Oversee newsletter and coordinate content production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
• Excellent MS Office 365 proficiency (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly structured, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to quickly grasp interconnections in a complex environment.
• Technical curiosity and enthusiasm for the airline industry.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated.
• Very good spoken and written English skills.
