Tasks

In this internship, you will be an integral part of a motivated and diverse team within Lufthansa Group’s Digital Commercial Solution. Based in Zurich, you will actively collaborate with colleagues located in Frankfurt and Vienna. A structured, analytical mindset and team-player attitude are essential.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Review meetings with IT service providers
• Develop dashboards and provide regular reports on solutions overseen by the team
• Assist with organizing ideation processes and aligning roadmaps, as well as preparing for agile ceremonies
• Facilitate operational activities, including monitoring change requests, tracking bugs, preparing release presentations, and assessing industry benchmarks
• Participate as an assistant project manager in major projects
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our team chatbot
• Oversee newsletter and coordinate content production

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
• Excellent MS Office 365 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly structured, organized, and proactive
• Ability to quickly understand interconnections in a complex environment
• Technically curious and passionate about the airline industry
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
• Very good spoken and written English skills
