Tasks

As an intern, you'll join a dedicated and diverse team within the Lufthansa Group's Digital Commercial Solution. You'll be based in Zurich and collaborate actively with colleagues in Frankfurt and Vienna. A structured, analytical, and technical mindset combined with a team-player attitude is essential for success in this role.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Review meetings with IT service providers
• Develop dashboards and provide regular reports on solutions overseen by the team
• Organize ideation processes and align roadmaps, as well as prepare for agile ceremonies
• Facilitate operational activities, including monitoring change requests, tracking bugs, preparing release presentations, and assessing industry benchmarks
• Participate as an assistant project manager in major projects
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our team chatbot
• Oversee newsletter and coordinate content production

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Excellent MS Office 365 skills (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Highly structured, organized, and proactive
• Ability to quickly understand interconnections in a complex environment
• Technically curious and passionate about the airline industry
• Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology highly appreciated
• Very good spoken and written English skills
