Tasks

As an intern, you will join a motivated and diverse team in Zurich within the Lufthansa (LHG) Digital Solution domain. A structured, analytical, and technical mindset along with a team-player attitude is key. Join us on our digital air retailing journey!

  • Contribute to the development of PMO processes and tools within a team of solution experts.
  • Participate in various projects as a PMO.
  • Assist in the development of our knowledge management solutions.
  • Support the coordination of LHG's IATA work under the PSC.
  • Help prepare internal (management) reporting, briefings, presentations, approval papers, and align with other departments.
  • Drive internal marketing initiatives, including the publication of newsletters and release presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's students, or graduates in Engineering and/or Business Administration (Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • Excellent MS Office 360 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Highly structured, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to quickly grasp interlinks in a complex environment
  • Technically curious and enthusiastic about the airline industry
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
