Tasks
In this internship, you will lead the charge in pioneering the future of conversational AI. Your project will focus on refining and productionalizing a cutting-edge chatbot that enhances customer interaction and transforms digital experiences. Dive into the world of AI and make a significant impact for our Flight and Cabin Crew Members.
- Develop a project timeline to prepare the Bot for production and ensure that all milestones and goals are met.
- Integrate and optimize existing NLP capabilities for enhanced performance and improved results.
- Ensure the best possible setup of existing UX/UI design elements to improve user experience.
- Develop new features and functionalities based on user feedback and project requirements.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
- Document all developments, updates, and user feedback for comprehensive reporting and future reference.

Requirements
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students, or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in computer science, data science, economics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and integration.
- A motivated team player with strong interpersonal and social skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, adept at navigating complex topics.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art software (e.g., MS 365, Power Platform, Miro) and a willingness to adapt to new tools.
- Enjoy working in a hybrid environment, effectively supporting the team both physically and virtually.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a valuable asset.
