Tasks

In this internship, you will have the opportunity to pioneer the future of conversational AI. You will lead the project to refine and productionalize a cutting-edge chatbot that enhances customer interaction and transforms digital experiences.

Dive into the world of AI and make a significant impact for our Flight and Cabin Crew Members.

  • Develop a project plan including a timeline to prepare the Bot for production, ensuring that timelines and goals are met.
  • Integrate and optimize existing NLP capabilities for enhanced performance and improved results.
  • Ensure the optimal setup of existing UX/UI design elements to enhance user experience.
  • Develop new features and functionalities based on user feedback and project requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous testing to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Document all developments, updates, and user feedback for comprehensive reporting and future reference.

Requirements

  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in computer science, data science, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and integration.
  • A desire to work in a highly motivated team, contributing through interpersonal and social skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating complex subjects.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art software (MS 365, Power Platform, Miro, etc.) and a willingness to adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, supporting the team both physically and virtually.
  • Proficient in English; German is a significant asset.
