Tasks

We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic candidates eager to learn and grow within a dynamic HR environment in the aviation industry.

• Support HR Business Partners in their daily operations.
• Engage in the development and implementation of new HR concepts and projects.
• Assist the team with data management and the integration of new tools, such as GenAI, into their daily routines.
• Coordinate cross-team communication, conduct meetings, and facilitate workshops.
• Broaden your understanding of aviation by interacting with various departments to grasp the concepts, objectives, and strategies of SWISS and the Lufthansa Group.

Requirements

• A team player with a collaborative spirit.
• HF diploma, Bachelor's, Master's students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters), preferably in the field of HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Excellent MS Office skills; experience with data analysis and Gen AI tools is advantageous.
• A high motivation to take on tasks proactively and a strong ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, discreet, and diplomatic attitude.
• Good spoken and written proficiency in German and English.
