Interaction Designer

60%-100%, Zurich, fixed-term

We are seeking a creative Interaction Designer to craft compelling visual experiences and digital assets. You will be responsible for transforming complex data and concepts into clear, engaging visuals, working closely with our engineering team to bring ideas to life.

The scope of the work could be 60% for one project or, with the right candidate and skill set, extended to 100% for two projects.

Project Background

Together with partners from academia and industry, we are engaged in visualization projects. The primary research at the IVIA lab focuses on studying interactive human-AI collaboration interfaces for effective problem-solving and decision-making. We aim to empower humans by teaming them with AI agents in co-adaptive processes. To support our projects, we are looking for a motivated Interaction Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a structured and hands-on approach to their work and enjoy collaborating within a small, interdisciplinary team.

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis for one year.
