As Athagoras continues to expand internationally, we are seeking an Integration and Execution Lead (m/f/d) to drive the execution of the strategic agenda across the group.
Role Overview
This leadership position is designed for candidates who have built and led large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple countries within the life sciences, tech-enabled service platforms, and Buy-and-Build environments.
You will be accountable for translating the group’s strategic priorities into measurable execution, establishing a global PMO from scratch, and ensuring that every strategic initiative delivers tangible value.
This role requires mandatory Private Equity experience and a proven track record in leading transformation initiatives within Buy-and-Build environments and Post-Merger Integration programs. Full professional fluency in English and Russian is essential, while Spanish language skills are considered a strong plus due to coordination with distributed AI and IT engineering teams in Spain and Georgia operating in a multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as a trusted execution partner, supporting the delivery of the group’s strategic agenda.
- Establish and lead a group-wide Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up.
- Own and manage the portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives across the platform, from concept through execution to value realization.
- Implement governance and structured delivery practices to drive alignment, effective prioritization, and timely decision-making.
- Coordinate and align senior stakeholders across company leadership teams, central functions, and external partners.
- Identify execution risks, interdependencies, and bottlenecks early, proactively driving resolution.
- Support M&A integration and synergy realization across acquired businesses.
- Prepare decision-ready materials for Executive Committees and Board discussions.
- Establish scalable execution frameworks, reporting standards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Experience & Profile
- More than 15 years of senior experience in strategy, transformation, and corporate development.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and working directly with senior leadership.
- Experience in Private Equity-backed environments within Buy-and-Build platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Post-Merger integration and synergy delivery.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset suited to fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Extensive expertise in leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in high-uncertainty environments and build execution frameworks from scratch.
- Experience in leading tech- and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
- MBA or master's degree in economics or finance.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately once per month.
- Professional fluency in English and Russian is required. Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
