Position: Supervisor Inspection / Triage / RTS

As a Supervisor Inspection / Triage / RTS, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a highly effective team of approximately 10 to 15 employees. This role emphasizes safety and quality while meeting time and cost expectations. You will coordinate the team’s activities with direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure smooth process flow and optimal outcomes for the company.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace in line with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and airworthiness regulations, as well as SR Technics standards.
  • Maintain quality of workmanship and documentation at all times in accordance with authority and internal requirements.
  • Plan, assign, and manage the workforce (including vacation, skills, availability, and efficiency) in alignment with engine planning and business demands.
  • Develop employees through training, skills management, and performance management while fostering motivation and engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence by organizing cross-departmental support, tools, equipment, documentation, and process reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, managing 5S, and enhancing processes to achieve KPIs and organizational targets.
  • Build a performance-driven culture through clear target setting, structured follow-up, and consistent leadership behavior.

Your Profile

  • A technical apprenticeship is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology is a plus.
  • Further management education is desired but not essential.
