Position Overview

As a Supervisor Inspection / Triage / RTS, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a highly effective team of approximately 10 to 15 employees. Your focus will be on ensuring safety and quality while meeting cost and time expectations. You will coordinate the team's activities with direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure a seamless process flow and optimal outcomes for the company.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace in line with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and airworthiness regulations as well as SRT standards.
  • Maintain the quality of workmanship and documentation at all times in accordance with authority and internal requirements.
  • Plan, assign, and manage workforce activities, including vacation, skills, availability, and efficiency, in line with engine planning and business demand.
  • Develop employees through training, skills management, and performance management while fostering motivation and engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence by organizing cross-departmental support, tools, equipment, documentation, and process reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, managing 5S, and enhancing processes to achieve KPI and organizational targets.
  • Build a performance-driven culture through clear target-setting, structured follow-up, and consistent leadership behavior.

Your Profile

  • Technical apprenticeship is required.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with a significant understanding of operational activities.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • English proficiency at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology.
  • Further management education is desired but not mandatory.
