Position: Supervisor Inspection / Triage / RTS

As a Supervisor Inspection / Triage / RTS, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a highly effective team of approximately 10 to 15 employees, striving for safety and quality while delivering on time and within budget. You will coordinate the team's activities with its direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure a smooth process flow and optimal outcomes for the company.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace in line with all safety, health, environmental, and airworthiness regulations as well as SRT standards.
  • Guarantee quality workmanship and documentation at all times in accordance with authority and internal requirements.
  • Plan, assign, and manage workforce (including vacation, skills, availability, and efficiency) in alignment with engine planning and business demand.
  • Develop employees through training, skills management, and performance management while fostering motivation and engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence by organizing cross-departmental support, tools, equipment, documentation, and process reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, managing 5S, and improving processes to achieve KPIs and organizational targets.
  • Build a performance-driven culture through clear target setting, structured follow-up, and consistent leadership behavior.

Your Profile

  • Technical apprenticeship is a requirement.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher.
  • Knowledge to apply Lean methodology.
  • Further management education is desired but not mandatory.
