Purpose of the Role:
The role of Insights Manager transcends traditional reporting. It involves translating complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, optimize brand performance, and enhance customer engagement strategies. By integrating multiple data sources, the Insights Manager ensures a holistic view of the business, uncovering deeper commercial implications and emerging opportunities. This position proactively identifies opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities, leveraging AI-driven insights and advanced analytics to support brand and therapeutic area strategies. Responsibilities include developing predictive models, monitoring launch performance, and providing early indicators of market shifts, all aimed at ensuring commercial excellence through data-driven decision-making.
In addition, this role oversees the integrity, accuracy, and governance of analytics platforms, ensuring seamless and secure data flow. The Insights Manager drives the adoption of emerging technologies, pilots AI-driven solutions, and implements machine learning models that enhance strategic and operational decision-making. While managing operations in Hyderabad, they take full ownership of AI and analytics strategies, ensuring scalable and impactful solutions for the business.
This role is part of the Business Excellence & Execution team and reports directly to the Lead AI & Customer Excellence.
The ideal candidate for the Insights Manager position is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset. They must possess a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to drive advanced analytics, optimize data infrastructure, and translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
