The role of Insights Manager transcends traditional data reporting. It involves translating complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, enhance brand performance, and refine customer engagement strategies. By integrating multiple data sources, the Insights Manager ensures a holistic view of the business, enabling the discovery of deeper commercial implications and emerging opportunities.
This position actively identifies opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities, utilizing AI-driven insights and advanced analytics to support brand and therapeutic area strategies. Responsibilities include developing predictive models, monitoring launch performance, and providing early indicators of market shifts, ultimately ensuring commercial excellence through data-informed decision-making. The Insights Manager will oversee analytics reporting, collaborate with third-party analytics vendors, and work alongside the Customer Insights and Engagement Manager to merge market intelligence with field performance data.
The role also emphasizes the integrity, accuracy, and governance of analytics platforms through effective management of data infrastructure, pipelines, and BI tools, ensuring seamless and secure data flow. Additionally, there is a focus on driving the adoption of emerging technologies, piloting AI-driven solutions, and implementing machine learning models that enhance strategic and operational decision-making. The Insights Manager will oversee a team based in Hyderabad while retaining full ownership of AI and analytics strategies, ensuring scalable and impactful solutions for the organization.
This role is part of the Business Excellence & Execution team and reports directly to the Lead AI & Customer Excellence.
