Lead the Basket of Ideas (BoI), Voice of Customers (VoC), and future programs in collaboration with the Innovation Management & Partnership team, ensuring a rich development funnel filled with strong and market-worthy ideas.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of ideas focusing on technical and market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and potential benefits for Omya.
Define technical value propositions and create compelling marketing content such as presentations, white papers, and case studies.
Develop value propositions and marketing strategies to support successful product launches.
Support training programs for Sales and Marketing teams on the technical features, advantages, and benefits of products.
Identify gaps in technical, commercial, or business models within the portfolio and propose innovative initiatives.
Ensure optimal conversion of ideas into a robust pipeline.

Requirements
University Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant subject area; a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance is an advantage.
5-10 years of relevant industry experience; international work experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Paper and Board, converting, or fiber processing markets.
Innovative mindset with the ability to recognize unmet market needs and the market value of developed solutions.
Project management skills and a proven track record of successfully executing complex projects.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to interact effectively with project team members across various backgrounds and levels.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results.
Ability to take calculated risks and proactively develop new ideas.
Excellent command of both oral and written English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
