As an Innovation Process Technician (100%), you will play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and optimization of water treatment processes and sustainable products.

The role is based in Witterswil, Solothurn (Basel Area), Switzerland, with excellent public transport connections (Tram 10) and free car parking.

What is the Role?

• Support in the development of water treatment processes and sustainable products
• Work independently with treatment processes at pilot scale
• Manage process optimization projects, including planning, execution, and presentation of results
• Engage in hands-on work, such as installation of hydraulic facilities and implementation of prototypes
• Work with water/chemicals, mechanical tools, electro-mechanics, process analyzers, and control automation

Does This Sound Like You?

• You possess an education in chemical production, as a chemical laboratory technician, or a bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Chemical Process Engineering
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in water or wastewater treatment
• You enjoy diverse tasks and hands-on work in technical labs, workshops, or chemical labs
• You demonstrate self-initiative, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
• You are mobile and willing to travel internationally, often for several weeks
• You have strong team-oriented capabilities and excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with our internal international departments, suppliers, and customers
• You possess English proficiency for daily business use; knowledge of German, French, or other languages is an added advantage
