As an Innovation Process Technician (100%), you will be responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing water treatment processes and sustainable products.

The role is based in Witterswil, Solothurn (Basel Area), Switzerland, which offers excellent public transport connections (Tram 10) and free car parking.
What is the Role?
- Support in developing water treatment processes and sustainable products
- Work independently with treatment processes at pilot scale
- Handle process optimization projects, including experience planning, execution, and presentation of results
- Engage in hands-on work, such as installation of hydraulic facilities and implementation of prototypes
- Work with water/chemicals, mechanical tools, electro-mechanics, process analyzers, control, and automation
Does This Sound Like You?
- You have an educational background in chemical production, are a chemical laboratory technician, or have a bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably in Chemical Process Engineering
- You possess professional experience (3-5 years), preferably in water or wastewater treatment
- You enjoy diverse tasks and hands-on work in technical labs/workshops/chemical labs
- You demonstrate self-initiative and creativity, are flexible, and can work under pressure
- You are mobile and enjoy traveling worldwide for extended periods
- You possess good team-oriented working abilities with excellent communication skills for close cooperation with other internal international departments, suppliers, and customers
- You have English proficiency for daily business use; knowledge of German, French, or other languages is a plus
