As an Innovation Process Technician (100%), you will be responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing water treatment processes and sustainable products.

The role is based in Witterswil, Solothurn (Basel Area), Switzerland, conveniently located with good public transport connections (Tram 10) and free car parking available.

What is the Role?

• Support in developing water treatment processes and sustainable products
• Work independently with treatment processes at the pilot scale
• Handle process optimization projects, including planning, execution, and presentation of results
• Engage in hands-on work, such as installations of hydraulic facilities and implementation of prototypes
• Work with water, chemicals, mechanical tools, electro-mechanics, process analyzers, control, and automation

Does This Sound Like You?

• You hold an education in chemical production or as a chemical laboratory technician, or a bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Chemical Process Engineering.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in water or wastewater treatment.
• You enjoy diverse tasks and hands-on work in technical labs, workshops, or chemical labs.
• You demonstrate self-initiative and creativity, along with flexibility to work under pressure.
• You are mobile and open to traveling internationally for extended periods.
• You possess strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate closely with our internal international departments, suppliers, and customers.
• You are proficient in English for daily business use; knowledge of German, French, or other languages is a plus.
