As an Innovation Process Technician (100%), you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and optimizing water treatment processes and sustainable products.

The role is based in Witterswil, Solothurn (Basel Area), Switzerland, which is conveniently accessible via public transport (Tram 10), with free car parking available.

What is the Role?

• Support in the development of water treatment processes and sustainable products
• Work independently with treatment processes at the pilot scale
• Manage process optimization projects, including experience in planning, execution, and presentation of results
• Engage in hands-on work, such as installation of hydraulic facilities and implementation of prototypes
• Utilize water/chemicals, mechanical tools, electro-mechanics, process analyzers, control, and automation

Does this Sound Like You?

• You hold an education in chemical production or as a chemical laboratory technician, or a bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Chemical Process Engineering
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in water or wastewater treatment
• You enjoy diverse tasks and hands-on work in technical labs/workshops/chemical labs
• You demonstrate self-initiative and creativity, are flexible, and can work under pressure
• You are mobile and enjoy international travel for several weeks
• You possess strong team-oriented capabilities and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with our internal international departments, suppliers, and customers
• You have English proficiency for daily business interactions; knowledge of German, French, or other languages is an added advantage
