As an Innovation Engineer in Electrical Engineering (100%), you will play a key role in assembling, producing, and ensuring the quality of a new product used in the generation of ultra-pure water.

This position is based in Witterswil, Solothurn (Basel Area), Switzerland, with excellent public transport access (Tram 10) and free on-site parking.
What is the role?
- Development work in the field of water treatment process automation and instrumentation.
- Planning and building-up of test benches for performance tests of prototypes, system components, and quality control.
- Implementing strategies to improve software and electronic hardware.
- Responsible for signal acquisition and signal processing strategies.
- Commissioning of instrumentation at customer sites and evaluation of field data.
- Analyzing and communicating results through written reports, technical papers, and oral presentations.
Does this sound like you?
- Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- First professional experience in an industrial environment preferred (3-5 years), especially in instrumentation and signal processing.
- Experience in electronics simulation software.
- Familiarity with the use of test instruments and automation.
- Self-driven personality, innovative and creative with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally, including extended trips.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and French is a plus.
- You are a Swiss or EU citizen or hold a C Swiss resident permit.
