Your Future Responsibilities

As an Information Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency of master data across various systems, including CAD, PLM, and ERP. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to internal clients regarding master data requests, coding, and change management.
  • Collaborating with business departments and the IT team to ensure alignment between tools and processes.
  • Proposing and participating in the enhancement of information systems.
  • Analyzing deviations from standards and managing system disruptions, while implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Writing procedures and management rules related to your activities.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Technician ES diploma, a Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, or equivalent training.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the watchmaking sector.
  • Strong proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Expertise in audit techniques and information process analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, with experience in Strategic being a plus.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • The ability to connect technical manufacturing requirements with their representation in information systems.
  • Experience in creating, updating, or optimizing production ranges, ideally in relation to dials.
  • An understanding of watchmaking manufacturing processes.
  • A results-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
