My Challenges
- Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes for the entire group.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments, including technical security audits and penetration tests.
- Prepare and support internal and external audits and certifications, including TISAX, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 31000.
- Monitor and investigate security alerts, respond to incidents, and manage follow-up actions.
- Drive the ongoing development of detection and response workflows together with the SOC and IT stakeholders.
- Organize, manage, and assess external penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
- Further develop the security infrastructure, including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
- Be responsible for vulnerability remediation, patch cycles, and endpoint protection strategies.
- Plan and conduct awareness campaigns, simulations, and targeted training.
My Qualifications
- Completed degree in information security, computer science, or a comparable technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an internationally active company.
- At least 5 years of technical experience in implementing security concepts and controls.
- Familiarity with SOC or CSIRT operations and experience handling larger security incidents.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, network security, and multi-layer IT architectures.
- Solid knowledge of security management tools for vulnerabilities, assets, and services.
- Negotiable English skills, both spoken and written; German or additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally and commute to the headquarters in Switzerland or readiness to relocate.
- Advantageous: Further training or certifications in the field of cybersecurity or ethical hacking, as well as qualifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, or TISAX auditor.
