Your Role

As an Industrial Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and scaling training programs that promote cultural transformation, operational excellence, and workforce capability building. You will ensure that our technical and non-technical staff are equipped with the skills and competencies necessary to meet the highest industry standards and customer requirements. This position requires collaboration with key stakeholders and management to align training initiatives with business goals, reporting to the Head of Training and Development.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the immediate scaling and ramp-up of a new pilot training program, managing infrastructure, program development, resources, and processes to meet urgent industrialization needs.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, resources, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless, timely, and high-quality execution of all training programs and events.
  • Continuously monitor, measure, and improve training effectiveness.
  • Manage and develop the industrial training team (approximately 5-7 FTEs) as well as third-party/external stakeholders, establishing team structures, operating mechanisms, and performance management frameworks.
  • Support the digitization of training administration and the establishment of a new Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree; an MBA or consulting experience is a plus.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; highly motivated, independent, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Action-oriented and resourceful.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing blue-collar workers.
  • Ability to effectively manage top-down communication and present to executives.
  • Experience in industrial goods, manufacturing, or aviation is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an asset.
