Job Highlights

• Strong experience in Chinese cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese), including all varieties of noodles and rice.
• Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
• Deep understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
• Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as Wok.
• Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
• Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
• Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel. The ideal applicant should hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality.

• A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
• Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, particularly Indo-Chinese culinary techniques.
• An additional language, such as German, would be preferred.
• Required experience: 5+ years in the hotel industry with expertise in Indian cuisine.
