Job Highlights
- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably Indo-Chinese, including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
- Deep understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
- Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as wok.
- Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
- Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, particularly Indo-Chinese cuisine, and Chinese cooking techniques.
- Additional proficiency in the German language is preferred.
