Job Highlights
- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese), including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
- Deep understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
- Proficiency with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment (such as Wok).
- Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experienced (minimum 5+ years) in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified, preferably with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants here in Switzerland is expected.
- Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese) and Chinese cooking techniques.
- Additional proficiency in the German language is preferred.
