Job Highlights
- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese), including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- Profound knowledge of a wide range of beverages.
- Deep understanding of all aspects of Chinese dishes.
- Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as the wok.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualification: Preferably a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
- Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, particularly Indo-Chinese and Chinese cooking techniques.
- Additional proficiency in German is preferred.
