Job Highlights
- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, with a preference for Indo-Chinese, including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
- Deep understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
- Proficient in BBQ and adept with Chinese specialty equipment, such as the wok.
- Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with meal design preparation and planning.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified candidates preferably hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, preferably Indo-Chinese, along with Chinese cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of German is preferred.
