Job Highlights

  • Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably Indo-Chinese, including all varieties of noodles and rice.
  • Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of Chinese dishes.
  • Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as the Wok.
  • Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
  • Qualified with a diploma or degree in Hospitality preferred.
  • Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
  • Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, preferably Indo-Chinese cuisine, and Chinese cooking techniques.
  • Additional proficiency in German is preferred.
