Sous-Chef – Indo-Chinese Cuisine

Job Highlights
- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese), including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of beverages.
- Comprehensive understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
- Proficiency with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as the wok.
- Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Commitment to work for a minimum of two years in our restaurants in Switzerland.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese) and relevant cooking techniques.
- Additional proficiency in German is preferred.
