Sous-Chef – Indo-Chinese Cuisine
Job Highlights
- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably Indo-Chinese, including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
- In-depth understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
- Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as the Wok.
- Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assistance with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruitment and training of new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified, preferably with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
- Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, preferably Indo-Chinese, along with Chinese cooking techniques.
- Additional knowledge of German would be preferred.
