Sous-Chef – Indo-Chinese Cuisine
Job Highlights
- Strong experience in Chinese (preferably Indo-Chinese) cuisine, including various noodles and rice dishes.
- Profound knowledge of a wide range of beverages.
- Deep understanding of all aspects of Chinese dishes.
- Proficient in using BBQ and specialized Chinese equipment, such as the Wok.
- Capability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer preferences.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
- Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, specifically Indo-Chinese cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of German is preferred.
