Job Highlights

• Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, with a preference for Indo-Chinese, including all varieties of noodles and rice.
• Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
• Deep understanding of various aspects of Chinese dishes.
• Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as Wok.
• Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
• Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
• Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
• Qualified candidates should preferably possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
• A commitment to work for a minimum of two years in our restaurants located in Switzerland.
• Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, particularly Indo-Chinese, and proficiency in related cooking techniques.
• Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
