As an Indirect Procurement Manager, you will join the Indirect Procurement team in the Corporate Services cluster. Your sourcing activities will be focused on Professional Services/Consulting, HR services, and Marketing & Communications. You will actively contribute to the formulation, execution, and evolution of procurement strategies related to locating, evaluating, contracting, and maintaining the best sources of supply for services required by internal business partners while considering all aspects such as quality, value, performance, cost, and the ability to respond quickly to changing supply requirements. You will lead the supplier selection and development process, delivering ongoing and sustainable improvement on procurement costs in support of SR Technics' growth objectives.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to continuously reduce total cost of ownership and improve quality, standards, and delivery performance of the services and products purchased.
  • Recommend the most appropriate and efficient methods for forming sourcing initiatives/agreements for SR Technics Switzerland based on spend analysis, end-user activity, and marketplace insights.
  • Negotiate strategic sourcing agreements and any changes in supplier and vendor contracts in accordance with compliance, policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Assess and determine if recurring purchases are suitable for strategic sourcing agreements/initiatives.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to resolve contractual supplier and vendor disputes, achieving acceptable outcomes for all parties involved while adhering to compliance, policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to develop and implement sustainable working principles in sourcing.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or economics is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement, preferably in managing professional services and related categories.
  • Procurement education is required; sourcing and contracting experience is desirable.
  • Good understanding of sustainable procurement practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a results and deadline-oriented focus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Language skills: German Level B2, English C1.
