To strengthen the team at our client's company, we are seeking a qualified and committed individual to fill the position of Identity & Access Manager without delay. This is a temporary position with a workload of 80–100%, offering a diverse range of activities in the realms of IT security and access management.
Job Description
- Management and maintenance of user roles and access permissions
- Implementation of the further development of access concepts (e.g., Least Privilege, Role-Based Access)
- Support in the regular recertification of user rights
- Collaboration with departmental and internal IT to ensure efficient processes

We Expect
- Education in the IT field (e.g., certified IT specialist, university of applied sciences) or comparable experience
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management
- Experience with IAM systems (e.g., SailPoint) and Active Directory
- Very good German language skills (minimum level C1), with English skills for technical content
- Reliable, meticulous, and responsible work style with a high level of confidentiality
