Identity & Access Management Specialist

A role in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with Oracle involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle IDAM solutions, primarily focusing on Oracle Access Manager (OAM). This position is essential for securing access to applications, managing user lifecycles, and ensuring compliance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Architecture: Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle IDAM solutions, including Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), OAM, and OCI Identity Domains.
  • Administration & Support: Manage IDAM environments, monitor performance, and resolve user access issues efficiently.
  • Security & Compliance: Define and enforce security policies, manage roles and access rights (RBAC), and ensure regulatory compliance with standards such as GDPR and SOX for Oracle and all business applications.
  • Business Application License Management: Oversee licensing for business applications to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external IT audits.
  • Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-premises applications using APIs (REST) and connectors.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning along with the lifecycle of identities and entitlements.
  • Documentation & Procedures: Develop best practices, standard operating procedures, and document access configurations for auditing and reference.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) is a must, with a minimum of 7 years of seniority in a similar role; experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle product license management.
  • Experience in participating in audits.
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and the Least Privilege model.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including SSO, multi-factor authentication, and RBAC.
  • Familiarity with LDAP directories, specifically Oracle Unified Directory.
  • Proficient in scripting and API (REST) skills.
  • Consulting experience and familiarity with Oracle methodologies.
