You will oversee the stable and secure operation of modern workplace systems utilizing Intune, Endpoint Manager, and SCCM. Your role involves analyzing and resolving issues, as well as participating in incident, change, and problem management. Furthermore, you will support the internal Copilot community, develop use cases, and assist employees in successfully utilizing Microsoft Copilot.
You possess a background in computer science, holding a qualification at the EFZ or HF level, complemented by several years of experience in client management and workplace system operations. Your skill set includes:
