About the Position

As part of a succession plan for our Digitalization and ICT department, we are seeking an experienced individual for the role of

ICT Specialist: System Technology (80 – 100 %)

Join a dedicated team of four to operate and enhance our hybrid ICT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administration of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
• Support for Windows clients and servers
• Administration of SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory
• Automation of processes using PowerShell
• Support for network, security, backup, and monitoring systems, as well as telephony and other applications
• Participation in 2nd-level support
• Assistance with ICT projects
• Collaboration with internal clients and external partners

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Relevant IT education and certifications
• Proven experience in managing ICT systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
