- Conducting hardware and software compatibility checks.
- Providing support to users during the transition and offering aftercare assistance.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external service providers.
- Documenting processes and results for future reference.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualifications.
- Experience in 1st & 2nd level support or within the IT support environment.
- Confident handling of hardware and software.
- Customer-oriented communication skills and a strong service mentality.
- Fluency in English at level C1; knowledge of German or French at level B2 is an advantage.
