Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the design and management of role creation and role mining across the Group, in alignment with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap. You will play a crucial part in establishing a secure and efficient access structure by maintaining and optimizing user entitlements.
- Cleaning up existing entitlement allocations
- Identifying and documenting segregation of duty (SoD) scenarios
- Defining and maintaining SoD rules and policies
- Managing user accounts and access rights across multiple systems and applications
- Supporting audits and compliance-related access reviews
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance IAM processes
Your Profile:
You hold a higher education degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. You also bring several years of hands-on experience in Role Mining and Identity & Access Management, ideally within a complex IT environment.
Additionally, you possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of the banking sector and Avaloq is a significant advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems effectively
- High level of integrity, work ethics, and accountability
- Willingness to work fully onsite (100%)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Fluency in English; German skills are an asset
