Your Mission
Join us in building, maintaining, and optimizing hydraulic systems for our high-performance race cars. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, manufacturing, and installing hydraulic lines and components.
- Preparing and maintaining specialized equipment for the racing team.
- Planning and executing technical tests, measurements, and data collection.
- Supporting the initial assembly and continuous development of the car.
- Managing Power Steering (PAS) assembly, installation, and calibration.
- Performing assembly and service work for the steering column.
- Executing specific sub-assembly tasks as defined by the department leader.
- Achieving full integration into the Hydraulic Lab team and its dynamics.
- Demonstrating independence in assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Mechanical or electromechanical education, such as polymechanic or electromechanic.
- Proven experience in measurement technology and conducting technical tests.
- Practical skills in manufacturing and adapting parts using milling and turning.
- Extensive experience in the assembly of mechanical sub-assemblies.
- Proficiency in using torque wrenches and precision measuring instruments.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, especially during peak or winter periods.
- Strong focus on accuracy and composure under extreme time constraints.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative team approach.
- High level of resilience, reliability, and interest in a long-term commitment.
