Housekeeper Required for Swiss Hotel Apartments

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Respond timely to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• Experience in the Swiss hotel industry is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
