As a member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our housing units are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. Your duties will include:

- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and surfaces.
- Emptying trash and ensuring rooms are tidy and orderly.
Maintaining Common Areas
In addition to individual units, you will play a vital role in keeping shared spaces immaculate. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning shared kitchens, lounges, hallways, stairways, and laundry rooms.
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces and removing waste.
- Keeping common areas organized and clutter-free.
Preparing Rooms for Staff Arrivals
You will ensure that rooms are welcoming for new occupants with tasks such as:
- Deep cleaning rooms before new occupancy.
- Ensuring bedding, furniture, and appliances are clean and in good condition.
- Restocking essential supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
Handling Staff Check-Out
As part of your responsibilities, you will also manage the transition of rooms during check-outs by:
- Inspecting rooms upon departure.
- Reporting damages or maintenance concerns.
- Collecting keys if required and preparing rooms for the next occupant.
Additional Duties
To support overall operations, you may also be required to:
- Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies.
