Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Housing Units:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and surfaces.
- Empty trash and ensure rooms are tidy and orderly.
- Maintaining Common Areas:
- Clean shared kitchens, lounges, hallways, stairways, and laundry rooms.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and remove waste.
- Keep common areas organized and clutter-free.
- Preparing Rooms for Staff Arrivals:
- Deep clean rooms before new occupancy.
- Ensure bedding, furniture, and appliances are clean and in good condition.
- Restock essential supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Handling Staff Check-Out:
- Inspect rooms upon departure.
- Report damages or maintenance concerns.
- Collect keys if required and prepare rooms for the next occupant.
- Additional Duties:
- Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies.
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards at all times.
