We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning duties across all apartments and guest areas while consistently delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our housekeeping departmental standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, or extra towels.
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report maintenance issues as needed.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist other departments as needed to provide optimum service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Residing in Switzerland is a must.
- Previous housekeeping experience is required.
- Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
