The Hotel Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our establishment. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensuring that housekeeping departmental standards are upheld.
- Responding promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reporting any maintenance items that require attention.
- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Following all safety and sanitation policies diligently.
- Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimal service to guests.
- Performing additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Residence in Switzerland is a must.
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
- Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
