Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to perform cleaning duties across all apartments and guest areas. This position emphasizes providing consistent, professional, and friendly service to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Ensure that housekeeping departmental standards are adhered to at all times.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, and more.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report maintenance issues as they arise.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures closely.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist other departments as necessary to ensure optimal service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
- Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
