Job Description

The Housekeeper is responsible for performing cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas. This role involves consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that housekeeping departmental standards are maintained.
  • Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
  • Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
  • Report any necessary maintenance items.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimal service to guests.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
  • Experience in the Switzerland Hotel Industry is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
